Abstract

This article presents the design of a course oriented to teachers and families of Early Childhood Education in the autonomous community of the Canary Islands as a result of the research project entitled: Infancia y pantallas digitales: análisis y propuestas sobre el uso educativo de las TIC en la escuela y el hogar en Canarias (ProID2020010074). The training program "Infancia y pantallas. Crecer en un mundo digital" was based on a pedagogical model centered on the design of educational pills in different formats, what we academically call microlearning. This approach is complemented by the development of hybrid learning experiences focused on the development of practical skills and knowledge. The design of the digitization and fragmentation process of the training content, packaged in different multimedia formats, will be shown, as well as the evaluation of the experience and the materials created. The results indicate the positive assessment of the participants regarding the structure and presentation of the contents in pedagogical units of different nature, which has benefited the follow-up of the information.
