Marco de competencias para el análisis de hackatones cívicas de transformación educativa

Resumen

Las hackatones cívicas suponen una nueva forma de dar respuesta a los principales retos socioeducativos. Desde una aproximación descriptiva-interpretativa, se realiza un despliegue metodológico mixto y evolutivo a lo largo de tres estudios de campo. El primero es una investigación-acción en la comunidad del barrio del Raval de
Barcelona. El segundo supone la iteración del modelo con un rol no participante. El tercero es una inmersión internacional en el contexto hacker del MIT Media Lab para contrastar los aprendizajes realizados y abrir nuevas líneas de investigación. Los resultados indican el protagonismo inequívoco de los factores de proceso y empoderamiento personal y comunitario por encima del impacto derivado de las soluciones creadas. Por otra parte, se evidencia una relación significativa entre las predisposiciones competenciales creativas y colaborativas de los participantes y su eficacia a la hora de crear soluciones. También se muestra el potencial de la hackatón para enriquecer el capital social comunitario. Por último, se propone un marco de competencias que ayude a hacer tangibles los beneficios de la participación, promueva la evaluación del modelo e inspire nuevas investigaciones.
