Ecosistemas tecnológicos de aprendizaje y gestión educativa.

Características estratégicas para un diseño eficiente

Resumen

Partiendo del concepto inicial de ecosistema de aprendizaje formulado por Wilkinson (2000) proponemos un modelo de diseño de ecosistema de aprendizaje y gestión educativa que dé respuesta a todos los procesos implicados en la actividad propia de una institución educativa o de un sistema educativo. Las características presentadas responden a un ámbito de decisión de tipo estratégico. Su consideración ha de permitir a responsables educativos diseñar una arquitectura del ecosistema tecnológico basado en componentes que garantice una respuesta eficiente de la tecnología a las necesidades estratégicas de la organización. Esta propuesta parte de una exhaustiva investigación realizada y es aplicable en diferentes escenarios, desde un sistema educativo a nivel regional o nacional hasta una institución educativa.
